Finback On Nantucket

Finback is a 15-home subdivision lifestyle community located on Finback Lane in Nantucket, MA. Newly constructed, Finback features four- and five-bedroom traditional-style homes with on-suite bathrooms. Finback provides its residents with a wealth of community amenities from a family-friendly neighborhood environment to  a private pool and cabana, along with scenic walking and biking trails. Finback is an ideal location for both year-round island dwellers and vacationers.


Southport On Cape Cod

Southport on Cape Cod is a 750 luxury home development for adults 55 and over constructed in Mashpee, MA. Southport is currently 99% sold-out. Southport has received numerous awards; in 2015, the development won two national silver awards from the 50+ Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders for “Best Internet Marketing Campaign” and “Best Sales Center.” Southport also won the 2013 National Gold Award for “Best Home Design in America” presented by the 50+ Housing Council and the 2011 National Silver Award for “Best Website for a Residential Community” and “Best Interior Merchandising.” In addition, Southport has twice been named one of the “Top 100 Master-planned Communities in America” by Where to Retire magazine.


Winning Farm

Located adjacent to a wooded neighborhood in the highly desirable town of Winchester, just seven miles from Boston, Winning Farm offers the perfect combination of a convenient location and exceptional New England-style architecture. Nestled on 12.5 acres and surrounded on three sides by woods, Winning Farm will have 29 townhomes developed for adults 55 and over. Designed by national award-winning architect, BSB Design, the homes will feature a first-floor master suite, a two-car attached garage and full lower level for abundant storage space.


Spring Hill Farm

Springhill Farm is a collection of 16 one-acre minimum homesites in the desirable town of Wenham, MA. Wenham is one of the most desirable communities on Boston’s north shore and part of the highly-rated Hamilton-Wenham school district. Those communities are served by Metro North train service. The overall site is 33 acres and each homesite will allow the buyer to work with the developer to build the custom home of their dreams. Homesites can accommodate private swimming pools, fire pits and outdoor kitchen areas. Buyers can choose from one of our recommended plans or work with us and an architect to create a custom design. Three houses are currently under construction for late spring 2019 delivery.


Folly Hill

Folly Hill is the remaining 11 homesites of a 60 home subdivision located in Danvers, MA. Conveniently located directly off Route 128, many of the homesites in the subdivision sit at a high elevation providing views of the Boston skyline and the Danvers River. Danvers is one of the most affordable communities on the north shore which provides easy access to Route 128, Metro North commuter rail service, multiple shopping centers and malls, and outdoor recreational areas. Danvers is a highly rated school district.
